Una colazione di energia

A sedentary lifestyle, an unbalanced diet and bad habits are the worst enemies of your health and figure!

Here’s a list of handy hints for getting your figure back into shape:

1. Prepare your skin for subsequent treatments with a weekly scrub using Exfoliant Body Cream.

2. To minimise water retention and bloating, try to avoid foods with a high salt content (use spices instead); take a brisk walk every day for at least 10 minutes, and apply Draining Action Crackling Body Mousse, morning and night.

3. To enhance the anti-bloating effects of Draining Action Crackling Body Mousse, drink purifying tisanes like burdock, artichoke, thyme and vineleaf.

4. Pregnancy and drastic weight swings can produce ugly stretch marks. To prevent their appearance and improve skin tone, moisturise with a specific product: Firming Stretch Mark Body Cream and for particularly parched skin prone to loss of tone, Firming Regenerating Body Oil.

5. If your skin is blighted by long-standing cellulite, “attack” it with a targeted high-performance product like Shock Action Body Cream. Massage it into the skin from the ankles to the thighs.

6. If you just can’t manage regular exercise, there are still a few things you can do to improve your health and fitness: avoid elevators, don’t dawdle – always walk briskly, and park your car a little further away from your destination.

7. To optimise the effects of walking, take long relaxed strides and tighten the opposite buttock with each step.

8. If you really want to “attack” cellulite build-up in critical spots, use Buttocks Firming Body Spray that is quick and easy to use: ideal when time is at a premium or laziness takes over!

9. Nature can teach us lots of secrets for a firm and lean body: squeeze half a lemon into a glass of water and drink it after meals. Lemon helps the digestive process metabolise fat, carbohydrate and protein.

10. And lastly, here’s piece of valuable advice: losing weight doesn’t mean automatically abolishing cellulite! Avoid crash diets and “do-it-yourself” weight loss plans. Fasting and skipping meals is not the way to go: the body simply cries out for more sugar to meet short-term energy demands and this leads to cravings for sweets!
