Last 9 April, Deborah organised an event entitled “OUT OF SCALE” at Milan’s super-cool T35 restaurant-cum-entertaining space to present the brand’s new market approach to the media and its principal commercial partners. A knack for putting the craftsman’s pride into factory-made products that speak directly to women. The determination to devote the utmost commitment and care to things, be they large or small.
Deborah Milano, the foremost Italian name in cosmetics, is now even closer to the world of fashion and design: the hippest fashion colours and haute-design packaging created by architect Mario Trimarchi/Studio Fragile.

A GREAT SUCCESS AT COSMOPROF.

From April 10th to April 14th Bologna Fair hosted Cosmoprof,
the most important Beauty and Cosmetics Fair.
Deborah Italia played a major role at the show, with a special stand
showing all the news of the brand. A new visual identity supported by
a clear focus on fashion and design was presented.
The glam testimonials embodying the real Italian beauty attracted
loads of people who met a totally Italian brand which is successful
due to its uniqueness in the cosmetic panorama.

The fragrance of passion Suomy Rider n. 65 has reached Switzerland too, where it has gained a special nomination at the prestige award “Annabelle Prix de Beauté”.
For the 11th year running Annabelle, one of the major Swiss female magazines, awarded the best new launches in the World of Beauty.
The jury composed of several experts, such as dermatologists, hair stylists, make up artists, representatives of the cosmetics world, in addition to editors and readers, voted for 16 categories, and chose 6 products out of every single category.

SHINE-TECH EARNS KUDOS FOR DEBORAH’S CREATIVITY

Deborah really made the grade at the Display Superstar Italia 2007 competition. The international contest, staged during the VISUAL VISCOM event services and visual communication conference and exhibition, rewards the world’s best point of sale advertising materials.
Deborah came in third with the stunning floor stand designed by
Davide Cattaneo Sala, Deborah’s own Graphic Designer,
for the launch of the Shine-Tech nail enamel range.
In awarding the prize, the jury commended both the visual and technical features of the display: originality, modular design and simplicity, in addition to the attention-grabbing creativity centred on the sophisticated and sensual beauty of
Edelfa C. Masciotta, Miss Italy 2005.

FRENCH WOMEN CAN’T RESIST ATOMIC RED!

Deborah’s Atomic Red Lipstick sailed home with the “Best in the Mass Retailer Segment” prize at “Les Victoires de la Beauté”.
It happened at the 5th edition of the highly popular competition organised by the Monadia Consumer Product Quality Centre that scans the beauty industry to find the brands with the best track record for satisfying consumer demands in terms of promise and performance. The survey examines products sold through selective networks, pharmacies and drug stores, mass retailers, hairdressers, beauty salons and specialist channels. In the Mass Retailer segment, Atomic Red Lipstick came away with the honours, after undergoing a series of tests on a significant sample of French consumers; the women
tried the lipstick for periods of 2 to 8 weeks.
They awarded Atomic Red lipstick first prize because of its explosive colour and high-impact, unmistakably Italian design.

BIOETYC UOMO PURIFYING EXFOLIATING GEL GETS TOP MARKS... 10 OUT OF 10!

For the first Italian edition of the "2007 Beauty Awards", Men's Health - the world's most popular men's magazine - awarded Bioetyc Uomo Purifying Exfoliating Gel top marks: 10 out of 10! The citation reads as follows: "10 out of 10 for this scrub formulated with Polythene micro-spheres: it cleanses skin gently. But even more importantly, it contains Aloe Vera to prevent ingrown hairs and razor burn".
The editorial board of Men's Health followed the advice and recommendations of a panel of distinguished experts, but its decision was also based on surveys conducted on a significant sample population and on web-based polls.
